A Superbills is the document you can submit to your insurance company in order to be reimbursed for your OUT OF NETWORK benefits.

Although Zimmerman Therapy Group does not participate with commercial insurance plans, we ask about your insurance so we can identify clients with Medi-Cal and ensure they are scheduled with the appropriate provider and billing setup. If you have commercial insurance, your services would be considered private pay, with the option to submit Superbills.

Our practice policy is to charge your credit card for the first session in order to confirm the appointment. I understand that if I submit this request and it is accepted, my credit card on file will be charged. I also understand that Zimmerman Therapy Group does NOT offer refunds for first sessions. The session fee for an Individual Session is: $160 for Licensed, $105 for Associate. The session fee for a Couple/Parenting/Co-Parenting/Family Session is: $180 for Licensed, $125 for Associate.

Yes, I understand my credit card will be charged the full fee for the first session and refunds are not allowed.

By booking directly I understand that I am only able to be a private pay client and that if I am a trying to book a session: for a minor, for a court order, use Medi-cal or use CALVCB awarded sessions, that I cannot use direct booking and rather must contact the office via the 'Contact Us' form on the website to schedule.
